The minimum deposit amount at ph2221 is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your ph2221 account balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. ph2221 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours for GCash and PayMaya, and within three (3) to five (5) business days for bank transfers. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification and the satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. Account closure does not affect any obligations that arose prior to the date of closure.
